These terms govern use of Lendori Appraisal for appraisal workflow, report authoring, validation support, and delivery package preparation.

Platform use

Lendori Appraisal is intended for appraisal workflow, report authoring, validation, and delivery support. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter, the reports they submit, and compliance with their professional obligations.

Accounts and access

Users must protect their credentials and may not attempt to access data or systems they are not authorized to use. Organization administrators are responsible for managing who has access to their firm data.

Intellectual property

The software, interface, workflows, and related materials are owned by Lendori. Customer report data remains customer-controlled, subject to platform operation, backup, support, and service-delivery requirements.
